Excellent location. The rooms are simple, but very clean. The cleaning staff really made an effort to find the moment you were out and clean the room. Good value for money.

You should not choose this hotel if you can’t climb the stairs. There is a warning on the hotel page about that.

Sound insulation from other rooms (walls seems to be made of cardboard) Toilet room door was broken and was impossible to close Lack of basic amenities such as kettle, instant coffee or tea Substantial lack of hangers in a closet - they were cheap anyways, so why to put just 6 for 2 people, 10-12 would've done the job

Location location location. Close to everything & metro. Working with Bianca was easy & thorough.

Stairs, chec king in a block away(hauling suitcase) , was told it had a freezer & there was none. Thursday night was quiet... Fri night had noisy guests in building, so earplugs were necessary. We would stay again as it is great locationfor the $. It it a basic room.
